We are committed to providing impartial guidance, raising aspirations, and ensuring every student understands the full range of opportunities available to them — whether that’s further education, apprenticeships, or entering the workforce.

CSW Post-16 Survey Results

We regularly review the destinations of our students after Year 11 to ensure our careers programme is supporting their aspirations and needs. The CSW Post-16 Survey provides valuable insight into the choices our students make, including further education, apprenticeships, and employment.

Give an Hour

We invite local professionals and business owners to give an hour of their time to inspire the next generation. By sharing your career journey and industry insights, you can help students explore new possibilities and make informed choices about their future.
